My 2021 Holiday Gift Recs. For The Creative Person in Your Life │ CreateMas 2021

The holidays are upon us and as a creative person, I know we can be the hardest person to shop for. So, today I decided to compile a list for you, a gift guide for you to follow. Everything on this list is under $50 except for two things, everything is super affordable. Without further talk, let's get on the list!

1. Cricut Machine

The first item on my list is also one of the expensive items on this list. A Cricut die-cutting machine. I love my Cricut and I highly recommend it if you have a loved one in your life who crafts often with paper, vinyl, wood, or leather! My biggest money-saving tip is to buy the Cricut Machine on Cricut.com in one of their bundles, you are able to save some money and get all the materials needed to use your machine as soon as it comes in the mail!

2. ColourMill Food Coloring

ColourMill food coloring is the best food coloring on the market in my opinion. They are oil-based, super pigmented and most are vegan. They work wonderfully in all types of desserts, dyeing melted chocolate or cake batter or frosting, etc.! My tip is to use the discount code cas10 to save an extra 10% off of your purchase.

3. Storage

Storage is a need to keep any crafter/baker/treat maker organized! I have three different rolling carts that are listed above that keep 99.9% of all my crafting and baking supplies organized.

4. Molds

Silicone Molds for the bakers and treat makers in your life are amazing for creating fun shapes and designs to add to your loved ones' baked goods! Most molds cost less than $5 at Michael's Craft Store.

5. Self-Healing Mat

I love a self-healing cutting mat, you can get a good one for $5 at Walmart, or the one pictured above (the one I have) is currently on sale for $20. These are basically mats that are placed on top of your work surface to make sure your surface remains unharmed in all the crafting/baking woes.

6. Scissors

A good pair of scissors is seriously UNDERRATED! They can make or break a crafter and a good pair can cost upwards of $25 - $100. Scissors are an odd gift to give but they are amazing!

7. Heavy Duty Pans/Spatulas/Mixing Bowl Sets

Silicone Spatulas, Metal Baking Tins, and Mixing Bowls sets are essential for a baker and all can be found for less than $20 at Marshall's Department Stores. I swear by these three things when I am in the kitchen baking.

8. Kitchen-Aid

This is my second high ticket price item on this list and it is for the bakers and treat makers in your life, a KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I know personally when I had to use a handheld electric mixer for 10 minutes to make my buttercream for my cupcakes, my wrist would hurt so bad after. Now, I am able to put a batch of buttercream to mix, walk away to do something for 10 minutes, and come back to my buttercream made for me!

9. Phone/Laptop/iPad Stand

Electronic Stands are an odd gift but for me, they come highly recommended. Having your phone or tablet elevated to your eye level is a lifesaver for your neck. Along with a laptop stand, elevate your computer so your wrists are elevated when typing. You can get any of the three mentioned on Amazon for less than $30 and they have thousands of reliable reviews.

10. Gift Cards

Lastly on this list, is the most obvious gifting option, a gift card! If nothing I mentioned above incites you then just get your loved one a gift card to Michael's Craft Store or JoAnn Fabrics. That way your loved one can just buy what they truly want but in a way, they know you are aware of their true interest in life!

That is all my gift recommendations for the holidays of 2021 for the creative people in your life. Are you going to buy any of these items for a loved one this holiday season? Let me know over on my socials and if you are a visual learner or want to see me explain in more depth why I recommend the items with direct links to everything, go over to my Youtube Channel at Serenity G. Patrick to watch that!

Until next time, say safe!

All The Love,

Serenity G. Patrick
