Meet My Dogs! All Eight of Them!

Updated: Dec 2, 2021

Let's get one thing straight, I love animals and more importantly I love dogs. Hence the reason why I have eight dogs.

Yes you read that right. EIGHT! Five large doggies and three small.

We have Ginger, Daisy, Holland, Pix, Scarlet, Jasper, Raven and Nova.

I think it's only fit to start by introducing my eldest and work our way down to youngest.

Daisy Petunia, my fourteen year old cocker- spaniel chihuahua mix. She was adopted for me when I was 4 years old and has always been my baby. At this age, Daiz as we call her, likes to laze around and nap all day but this girl still lives for her butt scratches.

Our next dog comes, Jasper Cruz, only one of two males in the wolf pack, he's an eight year old yorkie terrier/ Chihuahua mix. A gift to my mom from her friend and my mothers love.

Now comes Ginger Ale Spice, our adopted golden retriever/ boxer mix. Ginger sports an underbite, she's a bit overweight which garnered her the nicknames "fatty" and "turkey" although she is actually trained to be my working service dog. Ginger enjoys long walks, table scraps and naps on the couch with her favorite blanket and pillow.

Pix Erella, our chihuahua/yorkie terrier mix and Jasper's daughter is seven years old. Pix is extremely attached to my older brother, Daemien, and refuses to be without clothes. Yes you read that right, Pix loves wearing doggy clothes and hides whenever she's "naked".

Now comes our bratty three year old pure-breed husky, Holland Victoria Winter, named after Tom Holland and Marvel's the winter soldier. Holland loves being a brat to say the least, and she'll let you know by howling at all hours of the day. She hates people besides my brother, mother and I, we know she was abused as a puppy before we got her.

We haven't adopted a dog in over three years since Holland back in 2016, up until recently where you can guess the last three dogs come from.

My brother has always wanted a German Shepard puppy to raise, well one day my mother and I were at our local animal shelter and saw they had a german Shepard puppy up for adoption, we just had to get him. Cut to my bother meeting him, being overjoyed and naming him Raven Hamilton Stark, Raven and Stark after more of Marvel Comics characters.

Now Hamilton came from me, I love the musical Hamilton, Lin Manuel Miranda is a literal genius and since my brother refused to name him Hamilton I made it his middle name. Raven is the other half of our two male dogs, he's 11 months and won't stop growing like a weed. He enjoys walks, toys, plastic bottles and trash along with playing with his best of friend Nova.

As you can guess our next dog is Nova Alexandria Willow, a corgi husky mix who's just a month older than her brother Raven, making her a one year old. About two weeks after adopting Raven, we thought he needed a friend and ended up adopting Nova. She is half corgi half husky, so she looks like a miniature husky with the tendency of a corgi, unlike Holland, Nova will not fight back and tends to flop on the ground as a reaction. Nova is a huge cuddle bug, loves naps and playing with her brother. Holland actually thinks Nova and Raven are her babies and treats them as such.

Last of the pack comes Scarlet, named after Scarlet Witch from Marvel. She's an estimated two and a half years old and a white husky and what we think wolf mix. ScarLo, as we call her was at the shelter in very bad shape. Scarlet was used as dog bait in an underground dog fighting ring, who somehow ended up at the shelter. Due to her past "home", Scar is missing half of one of her ears, and scars up and down her body but is a total sweet heart.

She still is reserved, is scared of some things but has come so far in the last six months we adopted her. Scarlet has a huge love for sleeping on my mothers bed, plush chew toys and walking around the neighborhood.

That's all my dogs! If you want to learn more about them (because let's be real, I am going to talk about them a lot on this blog) and each of their adoption stories, look out on my youtube channel where that video is coming out soon. Also, I do have an instagram page dedicated to all the puppers where I post daily pictures of all 8 of them. You can find a link to both pages below!

Thank you so much for reading, don't forget to subscribe to email updates. Love ya!
